In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.
Zur z"l was killed alongside two childhood friends, Omri Ram and Aviad Halevy, while attending the Nova music festival near Kibbutz Re’im. He was a graduate of the Hebrew University’s Faculty of Food and Environmental Agriculture and wanted to follow in our father’s footsteps and become a farmer. Zur was planning on proposing to his girlfriend of nine years, Inbar, in a month on a trip to Australia they had planned. At the Nova party, he was taking care of his friends who were wounded until the last minute. He could have fled, but he stayed to take care of them.
