Yvonne Rubio, z"l, was murdered at the Nova festival. She is a Colombian citizen who lived in Kfar Saba in recent years with her partner Antonio Macias (who is still missing). The couple has two small children who are staying with family members.
Her cousin, Karen, said of Yvonne: "The most beautiful girl is gone. My heart is broken, Yvonne, our dear cousin, I still don't understand what is happening to us. We will always remember you with the smile you had. May her memory be blessed."
