Warrant Officer (res.) Yuval Nir, z"l, 43, of Kfar Etzion served in the 6646th Reconnaissance Battalion, 646th (Marom Foxes) Reserve Paratroopers Brigade. He fell in combat in the southern Gaza Strip.
