Yazan Nayeif Abu Saleh, 12, of Majdal Shams, was one of 12 children and teenagers aged 10-16 killed on Saturday, 27 July 2024, when an Iranian-made rocket launched by Hezbollah from Lebanon made a direct hit on a soccer field in the Druze town of Majdal Shams on the Golan Heights. Dozens more were wounded in the attack.
