Yael z"l served in the 414th Battalion, Border Protection Corps. Yael was part of the Har Hanegev Field School team and her friends tell about her: Yael arrived "with a smile on her face, one that is always there and doesn't go away, with a positive energy that infects everyone around her. She loved the desert, the crater and everything related to it - especially the people. Yael was someone you could always count on, always right for any task and in a good spirit. She knew how to improvise when needed and was not afraid..."
