In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.
Uriel z"l served as an officer in the 202nd paratrooper battalion, was awarded the Chief of Staff's mark of excellence in 2021, married and the father of two. He was a man of values who continued to volunteer in MDA whenever he could despite his busy schedule in the army. Uriel was with his friends Aviad Cohen, Reuven Shishportish and Bachur Sweid z"k. The members of the Shlomit First Response Squad left their homes at half past six in the morning to the nearby community of Pri Gan to defend the community. They were heroes each and every one of them and saved all the residents of the community with their bodies but were killed in clashes with terrorists.
