In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.
Uri z'l, 20 years old when he fell, was the son of Dror and Liat, brother of Ela (6) and Lidor (24), graduated from 'Ravivim' High School, served as a fighter in the Golani Brigade in the 13th Battalion, 'The Wolves of Silence', and fought bravely until the last moment. Uri was born on the Hanukkah holiday, and like his name always spread a great light wherever he went. He was full of free love and joy, and his smile infected everyone. His family and friends say that Uri was smart, humble, sensitive, compassionate and energetic, always made sure to see others and was endlessly giving. Uri loved life. He loved spending time, going to parties, fishing and studying Torah with his grandfather.
