I live in Teaneck, New Jersey in the United States. Our Beit Knesset has a project for people who are interested to learn a parsha in Sefer Bereishit each week, in memory of one person who was killed on October 7th.
For Parshat Lech Lecha, I will be learning the parsha in memory of Tomer. I am looking at his beautiful face right now and understand what a prize he must have been for your family and for Am Yisrael. His goodness is written all over his face.
I will keep his face and his name in my thoughts when I study the parsha. May his neshama have an aliyat nefesh.
