Cpt. (res.) Shaul Greenglick, 26, of the Nahal Brigade’s 931st Battalion, from Raanana fell in battle in the northern part of the Strip.
Shaul z"l performed in Israel's talent reality show, "Rising Star" which he attended wearing his army uniform. He impressed the judges with a beautiful performace of Hanan Ben Ari's song "Atalef Iver" "Blind Bat." Instead of continuing with the season, Shaul returned to fighting with his battalion and tragically fell in battle. He and his family had other dreams for him this year.
The producers of the show shared their condolences with the family and announced that they would dedicate the next episode in Shaul's memory.
