In Memoriam of:

Segev Schwartz

Age: 20

From: Beit Shan

In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.

Sergeant Segev Schwartz, z"l, from Beit Shan, served in the 50th Battalion in the Nahal Brigade and was fatally injured in the battle at the Sufa outpost.

As his sister, Karin, recalls: "He had friends from all shades of Israeli society . He is a gift child. He connected people of all backgrounds and types and shades. His will is that we will be united, everything we have been missing so much in the past year. Togetherness

Before the draft, he was offered to go to the reserve, he started and the idea was that he would be drafted as an electronics technician. His two older brothers serve in a classified unit in Modi'in and there was some debate about this direction as well. But in the end it was his decision to serve in combat service in the Nahal Brigade. He enlisted a year ago, on August 22, and a month ago they went down to the Sofa outpost."
