In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.
Ronen Deitchman, z"l, from Meitar, was murdered at the Nova nature party.
Ronen was a physics teacher at the "Eshel Hanasi" school. He taught for the last seven years in the high school and the upper division. Ronen was a graduate of Ben-Gurion University in electrical engineering and taught at the engineering preparatory school.
He was much more than a teacher. The Lahavim local council said: "Ronen turned the physics major at Eshel Hanasi into a major that many wanted to enroll in, thanks to his personal relationship with his students and the close relationship he built with them. We share in the grief of the family, the teaching staff and the students."
Ronen was an exemplary family man and a wonderful father to Mia (12) and Guy (9).
