Rachel Dov

25-year-old Rachel Dov, her mother's only child, was murdered in the murderous terrorist attack and her life was cut short. Her father, the late Yosef (Soso) Dov, who owned a barbershop in Kiryat Yam, was murdered 10 years ago after a Haifa resident went on a killing spree and shot him to death without any reason or acquaintance. Aviva Cohen, the principal of Rabin High School paid tribute to her: "This is a heavy disaster. Rachel was a special girl. A girl who was a serious student, diligent and smiling, a caring friend. A girl who loved life, loved to be happy and dance. She was charming, gentle, full of joy of life. A good student in a master class. A good friend, she traveled to many festivals in the world". Rabin High School buried three alumnae at the Nova music festival.
