Rachel Dov, z"l, from Kiryat Yam, was murdered at the Nova nature party.
A graduate of the Rabin School in Kiryat Yam, Rachel has lived in Tel Aviv for the past few years.
Aviva Cohen, the director of the Rabin school where Rachel studied, said: "This is a heavy disaster. Rachel was a special girl. A girl who was a serious student, diligent and smiling, a caring friend. A girl who loved life, loved to be happy and dance. She was charming, gentle, full of joy Haim. A good student in an exemplary class. A good friend, went to many festivals in the world."
