In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.
Osher Kanin, z"l, from Kiryat Yuval, produced the Nova nature party alongside his twin brother, Michael. Both were murdered there.
Per Barak Izik, a childhood friend: "Osher and Michael were very well-known figures in Jerusalem, they were surrounded by many friends. Since we were children we would go out to parties together, we loved music very much. The endless love for music is something that could not be taken away from us, when we grew up we decided that we want to give this goodness to the world.
Osher and Michael were loved by everyone and always wanted to do good, the goal was to make people happy to dance and celebrate their freedom and all this through music. Last Saturday they were so excited and felt that it was a breakthrough in their lives for being able to reach such a large audience, But everything was interrupted by criminal murderers."

Hani Yankovitz, a shift supervisor at Osher's work, recalled: "I only remember Osher for the good, only for his smile. He always made me laugh, he entered my heart like a brother. I got to know Michael because whoever knows Osher, there is no way he won't know Michael. Anyone who entered their area received crazy positive energy. And they didn't judge any human being."
