Sergeant Orel Bashan, z"l, 20 years old, from Haifa, a fighter in the 603rd Engineering Battalion, formation 'Saar Megolan' (7), fell on 23/12/23, in a battle in the southern Gaza Strip. He was promoted from the rank of sergeant to the rank of staff sergeant after his death.
