In Memoriam of:

Natan Chai Liar

Age: 20

In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.

Natan z"l immigrated to Israel with his family from France in 2016. Many of his relatives are in France and were not be able to come to the funeral and comfort the family, nevertheless thousands came to accompany Liar on his last journey. "A family that for me is an example of excellent absorption in Israel. A boy who always volunteered, guided Bnei Akiva even when he was a very recent immigrant. A boy who always smiled and saw the good in everyone and loved everyone.""It's a great loss for our city and the French community in particular, but we are strong," council member Liora Levy, a member of the family, paid tribute to him and added, "Hearing the eulogies at the funeral today was heartbreaking on the one hand, and very strengthening on the other. We received several orders of unity and love in the nation from Natan and his family." The funeral ended with a moving song that left no dry eye.
