In Memoriam of:

Moshe Avraham Bar-On

Age: 23

From: Ra'anana

In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.

Major Moshe Avraham Bar-On (23) from Ra'anana, a company commander in the 51st Battalion of the Golani Brigade, was also among those killed in the battle in Sheja'ia. In his city of Kfar Saba they paid tribute to him: "It is with great sadness and pain that we learned this morning of the death of Major Moshe Avraham Bar-On. The late Moshe, 23 years old, immigrated to Israel from France with his family in 2007, grew up and was educated at the Torah and Science School and the Herzog High School in Kfar Saba, and moved to live with his family in Ra'anana about two years ago. He is survived by his parents, David and Marilyn, and four sisters." Moshe Bar-On's girlfriend paid tribute to him: "Moshe Bar-On. The man with the widest heart I've ever known. Moshe and I were the kind of friends you meet every day and never get tired of... whether it's with Ofek, whether it's with Alon, or just to sit Moshe was the first to come. The first to call. In the past few years, the message about you broke my heart, because you were not a good person , there is no one who did not fall in love with your beautiful soul. When I imagined Moshe in the future, the thought was - a good wife, a salt of the earth, you will not leave my soul, I miss people like you In the world. I hope I made sure to say it enough, God bless you."
