In Memoriam of:

Lynn Daphne

Age: 22

From: Kibbutz Ein Hamfaretz

In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.

Lynn Daphne, z"l, of Kibbutz Ein Hamfaretz, was massacred by Hamas terrorists at the Nova festival in Ra'im alongside her best friend, Ziv.

According to one obituary: "Lynn and Ziv were inseparable. They explored South America, attended the Nova party with friends, and raveled in the joys of life, traveling the world, enjoying parties, and daring adventures like bungee jumping. They shared a beautiful moment together, getting matching tattoos on a trip with 'Why not' in English. They were the embodiment of happiness, radiance, and sociability. People were naturally drawn to them. 🌟Sadly, their journey led them to the Nova festival, which ended in a horrifying tragedy. Ziv, in a moment of bravery, managed to report the situation to her parents on Saturday morning. A haunting photo showed her hiding under a table. Shortly after, her phone's battery died. At 09:04, Ziv sent a WhatsApp message from Lin's phone to her mother, saying, 'Mom, I'm in the attack, I love you.' And from that moment, their connection was tragically severed. Our thoughts and condolences are with their families during this difficult time. 🙏
Lynn and Ziv, you will never be forgotten. Rest in peace. 💐"

A friend has described the two as "the embodiment of happiness, radiance, and sociability".
