In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.
Lior, z"l, was 32 years old at the time of his death. He was married to Limor and father to 4-year-old Cfir, the eldest son of a family of 5. Lior worked as a sound editor and soundtrack designer in Tel Aviv and was a member of the Sderot Front Runners group for three years. He was a triathlete and runner who participated in a number of competitions under the Alpha group, when he recently participated in the Ashdod triathlon. He was training for half Ironman and Israman. Lior was supposed to compete on 3.11.2023 in the Half Ironman competition and on 26.1.2024 in the Half Israman competition and later to complete the full distance for both competitions. On Saturday 10/7/2023 he went for his morning bicycle ride on Route 34, when he was shot and killed.
