In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.
Lior was killed in the massacre in the the Nova music festival by Kibbutz Re'im. Elin, Lior's relative, paid tribute to him in a post she uploaded to social media: "Our Lior, the bitter news we were so afraid of has arrived. Its unbelievable, I cant comprehend it. May his memory be blessed." Tali, who studied with Lior in the same class: "It's unbelievable. I'm shocked by this horror. I haven't stopped crying since I found out this horrifying news, and I feel so bad that I'm crying, when your family is the one that hurts in your death... our Lior, our beloved, who was with me in class, you were always loved by everyone. You were always smart and aspired to achieve your goals. It is so sad and infuriating that your life was cut short prematurely. I wish our country to avenge your blood and the blood of all the captives, the murdered and the missing! May your memory be blessed."
