In Memoriam of:

Isachar Natan

Age: 28

From: Kiryat Malachi

In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.

Maj. Isachar Natan, 28, from Kiryat Malachi, served as an officer in the Commando Formation. He fell in battle in the Gaza Strip.
In a video filmed three years ago, Isachar speaks about his choice of fighting with the Paratroopers Brigade and says that he felt that his service was directly preventing a massacre of the residents living near the Gaza Border.
Isachar grew up in the Chabad community in Kiryat Melachi- "When you enlisted, you were so proud and felt that your mission was there," his brother eulogized him. Nechama his sister said: "This is a month of light and redemption and we are in a huge, thick and painful darkness. I believe with complete faith that we will defeat the darkness by adding light to the world." His partner Ayelet mourned in pain: "We'll meet again, I'm sure of that and I promise you." The two were planning on getting married soon.
