Ilan Moshe Yaakov, z"l, was murdered at the Nova nature party.
Ilan is a guy who is everything," says his sister, "a traditionalist who was at Uman this year, but also goes to trance parties." Ilan did a year of service through the "After me!" movement, he did combat service in the IDF and volunteered with at-risk youth. He is a senior representative of South Tel Aviv and youth coordinator of Manash. Ilan is also running on Ron Huldai's list. "You can't walk by him on the street," adds his sister, "everyone stops him to say hello." He has a pure and rare and unique heart, the amount of comments and support on social networks is huge and embracing."
