In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.
Deputy commander of the elite Shaldag unit, born in Jerusalem, Ido z"l left behind a grieving spouse, two daughters and a son. He was the oldest fighter in Shaldag who fought in secret operations in the past, and was specially recruited to fight in Kibbutz Alumim where he faced hundreds of terrorists and saved many people.
