In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.

Major (res.) Ido Kaslasi, z"l, from Kibbutz Harel, died fighting the terrorists that infiltrated from Gaza.

He served in the Maglan Commando Unit.

Ido's company replaced his younger brother Uri's company, the two brothers had time to wave goodbye to each other at the change of shifts. Ido was mortally wounded, and after doctors fought for his life, he was pronounced dead.

Ido was a sweet, outgoing, life loving person. Dedicated to family, friends, and Maccabi Tel Aviv, and hard working in the fields of Kibbutz Harel.
His food truck was a huge success, drawing people from all around to enjoy with him his love of good food, and camaraderie.
