In Memoriam of:

Hezi Hanum

Age: 31

From: Petah Tikvah

In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.

Hezi Hanum, z"l, from Petah Tikva, was murdered at the Nova festival near Ra'im. He worked at a post office and was a lifelong Maccabi Tel Aviv fan.

According to one obituary, Hezi "Was a man valued and loved by many, in Petah Tikva and throughout the country he was known as a smiling man who loved people."

Per another: "
The late Hezi was a man with a big heart, giving to others and a winning smile, he sympathized with the Yellows from his childhood and grew up in the Pardes Katz neighborhood near the Ramat Gan Stadium which was for years the home of Maccabi Tel Aviv. Hezi left behind his parents, Israel and Eliza, and his two siblings, Nadia and Gili."
