In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.

1st. Sgt. Geri Gideon Hanghal, z"l, 24, of Nof HaGalil - 90th (Nahshon) Battalion, 900th (Kfir) Infantry Brigade. Fell during operational activity in the Binyamin Territorial Brigade district. Gideon, the younges in his family, immigrated to Israel from India only four years ago together with his parents, Yitzhak and Bina, and his two sisters, with another brother and sister left behind. A Zionist family, a Zionist community, the community of Bnei Menashe, who cry out with their desire to come to Israel, to the Holy Land, to all those who are still left in India. The friends and family of Gideon say that his dream was to enlist and immigrate to the Land of Israel. He did it and didn't give up. He studied Hebrew in ulpan and fought to be drafted, but not just to be drafted, but to be drafted for combat service as a fighter in the Nachshon Battalion of the Kafir Brigade.
