In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.

Eric has served as Team Commander of the Sderot Station of firefighters, having been a firefighter for 27 years. He was murdered in the line of duty, trying to save others. He is survived by a wife and 4 children.

"The Israel Fire and Rescue Service bows its head and mourns the fall of the fire fighter Major Eric Yehuda Marciano who was killed yesterday morning in the operation "Iron Swords".
Major Marciano, 50, joined the fire brigade in 1996 and served as a team leader at the Sderot fire station.
He left behind a wife and 4 children.
Fire and Rescue Commissioner, Rabbi Tafser Eyal Caspi:
"In the last day, the fire and rescue system lost three of its best fighters, the soldiers of the land, who were murdered and left us and their family members in pain. We embrace the families at this difficult time and continue to act in cooperation with the security agencies with strength and determination to restore personal and national security to the citizens of Israel."
