Eli z"l, and his father Aryeh, z"l, went fishing together at Zikim beach, where a massacre was carried out by Hamas terrorists. Eli was a humble man that everyone loved, his kindness was reflected in his eyes, when he looked with care, listened and was always there to ask what was needed and what could be helped. Eli was a well-liked and professional chef, who wanted to work behind the scenes and did not seek to be famous or to publicize himself. But fate wanted it and he became famous under these tragic circumstances. Eli was a beloved employee of the Greek salon at the Vert Hotel. He left behind a wife and daughter.
