Elior, z"l, was murdered at the Nova music festival where he was part of a detective force that operated in the incident. For nearly two and a half hours, he fought fiercely against the Hamas killers. He saved lives, rescued civilians, until he fell himself. Elior left behind his parents, two children, a wife and two brothers. " 'Love your neighbor as yourself' - this is Elior. The first always to help everyone."
