In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.
Staff Sergeant Ehad "Bodi" Cohen, z"l, from Moshav Idan, fell in battle defending the residents of Kibbutz Be'eri against the infiltrating terrorists.
On Saturday morning, when the fighting began, Bodi was dropped off at Kibbutz Be'eri. Together with his friends, few against many, they managed to hit many terrorists until he fell in a heroic battle.
Ehad is survived by his parents and 3 sisters: Nitzan, Ron, and Khalil.
He studied at a sailing school and at the end of it he volunteered for a year of service. On December 3, 2021, he enlisted in the Air Force for Sheldag and went through one of the most difficult and challenging routes in the IDF.
