In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.
Dan z"l was murdered by Hamas terrorists as he escaped the Nova music festival near Kibbutz Reim.
Dan and his friends managed to flee the Nova party and to get to Tzohar, their moshav located in the Arava, only 7.5 km from the Gaza border, but were tragically ambushed and murdered by terrorists right at the moshav's entrance. Amidst this chaos, heroes like Haim Ben Hemo, a Damri family member and the head of Tzohar's security force, alongside other brave souls, defended their home and their neighbors from a massive incursion of over 200 Hamas terrorists.
