Staff Sgt. Betzalel Zvi Kovach, z"l, 20, of Jerusalem - 97th (Netzah Yehuda) Battalion, 900th (Kfir) Infantry Brigade. Succumbed today to severe wounds sustained in combat in the northern Gaza Strip on Wednesday, 22 May. His funeral was held on Sunday, 26 May at the Givat Shaul cemetery in Jerusalem.
