In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.
Avraham was at his home in Kibbutz Nir Oz with his wife Ruti (78). Their daughter Keren (54) came to visit them that Saturday, along with her only son, Ohad (9). All four were kidnapped to Gaza. Ruti, Keren, and Ohad were released as part of a prisoner exchange. On August 20, 2024, Avraham’s family was informed of his murder while in captivity, and his body was recovered from Gaza.
Avraham was born in Givatayim. He was the legendary warehouse manager of the Nirlat factory, a member of the famous choir ‘Nihohey Eshkol’, a talented singer with a notable voice.
