Aviv z"l served in field intellegence in the Boarder Brigade, 414th Battalion. She was killed by Hamas terrorists that infiltrated Nahal Oz.

To the Hagage Family
I have read the beautiful tributes to your wonderful daughter Aviv, a'h who was murdered by Hamas in Nahal Oz (Hashem Yikom Damah) on October 7th. She was described as having served as a field intelligence soldier in the Border Defense Corps’ 414th unit - we are all grateful for her service to the land and people of Israel. I was struck by the repeated mention of her devotion to her family, her innate joy, her dedication to helping others and her unwavering faith in God. She is truly an inspiration for all of us and I think of her as I say daily Tehillim for those who are currently serving in the IDF , those who have been injured and those who have been killed. May her Neshama have an aliya and may she be a malitz yosher for us all. And may you derive comfort and strength in the knowledge that many of us who never knew her personally keep her in our thoughts and prayers- Your are not alone!! Am Yisroel Chai!!
