Aviad z"l was murdered at the Nova music festival near Kibbutz Re'im along with his two friends, Zur Saidi z"l and Omri Ram z"l. "Aviad, the smart boy who succeeded despite an education system that didnt believe in him- to become an outstanding economist, was expected to have a bright future in the field, curious, full of humor and loved by everyone."
