In Memoriam of:

Arnon Moshe Avraham Benvansti

Age: 26

From: Mosheva Yeosd Ma'ale

In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.

Capt. (res.) Arnon Moshe Avraham Benvansti z"l, served in the Givati Brigade. He fell in battle in the northern Gaza Strip
This is the heartbreaking story of Aronon's family:
Lt. Col. Yoav Vespi, z"l, husband of Sarahla and father of Vered, Arnon and Einav, was killed as an armored general during the Yom Kippur War in the battles on the Golan Heights. After a decade, his son Arnon, who served in the paratroopers, was unfortunately killed in combat in Lebanon.
Vered Vespi Benvanisti, Yoav's daughter and Arnon's sister, naturally went through a very difficult life. After many years, she became religious, married and happily gave birth to a pair of beautiful twins, a son and a daughter.
She named her son Arnon, after her older and revered brother who was killed in Lebanon.
With the unimaginable cruelty of fate, Job knocked on the Vespi family's door again and in the evening Vere received a message that his beloved son Arnon, a Givati patrolman, had been killed in the fighting in Gaza.
Vered lost a father, a brother, and a son in the Israeli wars.
And the people of Israel lost one of the dearest of their sons.
An unimaginable loss of one family from the Mosheva Yeosd Ma'ale in the Galilee."
Can't believe the cruelty of fate. The heart can't be broken anymore.'
