Ariel z"l served as a fighter in the 77th Armored Battalion, 7th Brigade. He was a graduate of the Yerucham Hesder Yeshiva, son of Rabbi Ahiya and Idit. Ariel fell in battle in Kibbutz Be'eri.

What a beautiful boy, with a beautiful life and he blessed with a beautiful family that gave him so much love, emunah and meaning-so that their lives are blessed by the beautiful son they raised.

There is so much to grieve for at the tremendous and profound loss, yet, so much gratitude from the joy at having such a son and on his side for being born to such parents who opened his eyes to true truth, true beauty with and to true everlasting love- penetrating through this world of truth and the world of truth.
