In Memoriam of:

Adi Shani

Age: 39

From: Tzur Yitzchak

In Loving Memory of the Innocent Souls Taken Too Soon. United in peace, their light shines on in the hearts left behind. October 7, 2023, a day of sorrow, but their memories guide us toward a hopeful tomorrow.

"A hero of all of us" Sergeant Major Adi Shani, 39 years old from Tzur Yitzhak, fell in a battle in the northern Gaza Strip while fulfilling his duties as a soldier. The late Adi, born in Herzliya, is survived by his wife, Lior, and three daughters: Yuval , Gaia and Tomer. Adi's wife, Lior: "Adi was a beloved man, a loving man. He was a ray of sunshine that illuminated everyone around him. He was a perfect husband and a perfect father. Everyone who saw him fell in love with him at first sight. He was a man of life and loved life". His sister Tami added: "Everything we say about Adi will not describe the person he was. There is no one who did not love him. Not even one. An amazing father, a husband every woman would wish for herself. His sensitivity amazed me every time. They say God takes the best , a cliché that has proven itself more than ever. I thought my heart was broken before, now I really understand what a broken heart is."
